Orbit

Terms of Service

Effective September 23, 2026

These terms cover your use of Orbit, an iPhone app made by Weiss Solutions. Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. Where the two differ, these terms add to Apple's agreement and do not replace it.

Using Orbit

Orbit is for planning your own work schedule. You may use it for personal and work planning. Do not reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the app.

Pay figures are estimates

Orbit calculates hours and pay from the rates and times you enter. These figures are planning estimates, not payroll, tax, or legal advice. Your employer's records decide what you are paid.

Alarms

Shift alarms depend on iOS, your settings, and your device. Orbit cannot guarantee an alarm will ring, for example when alarms or notifications are turned off, the device is off, or iOS does not run Orbit's background refresh. Keep a backup for shifts you cannot miss.

Strive

Strive sync is optional. Strive is a separate service with its own terms and privacy policy. Connecting Orbit to Strive links your Strive account. You manage that account in Strive.

No warranty

Orbit is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Weiss Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including missed shifts, lost pay, or lost data, arising from your use of Orbit.

Changes

If these terms change, the new version will appear on this page with a new effective date. Using Orbit after a change means you accept the new terms.
