My shift alarms don't ring

Tap the gear on the Calendar tab, then Shift Alarms. If it says Blocked, open the iPhone Settings app > Orbit and turn on Alarms, or Notifications if you prefer notifications. Orbit keeps alarms set for the next 14 days and refreshes them when your shifts change, when you open the app, and in the background.

My pay looks wrong

Tap the gear on the Calendar tab. Pay Rates holds your base rate and differentials, and Differential Times sets when day, evening, night, and the weekend start. Holidays is right below them. Orbit's pay figures are estimates for planning, not your employer's payroll.

Strive isn't getting my shifts

Tap the gear on the Calendar tab, then Strive Sync. If it asks you to connect again, use the email of your Strive account. Tap Sync Now to push changes right away. Orbit sends shifts and work events that ended in the last 60 days or are still ahead.

Deleting your data

Deleting Orbit deletes everything it stored on your iPhone. Strive Sync, under the gear on the Calendar tab, can remove Orbit's events from Strive. Your Strive account is managed in Strive.
